Your Questions, Answered

How is The Attendant Co. different from a full-service planner?

A full-service planner takes over the vendors, the budget, and the creative direction. It's designed for couples who want to set boundaries and then hand everything off entirely.

The Attendant Co. is for couples who want to stay involved. You lead the planning and shape the vision. We walk alongside you as a steady, professional presence - helping you think through decisions, keeping things from piling up, and ensuring your wedding day is executed beautifully. You get the support without giving up control, and without the full-service price tag.

How is The Attendance Co. different from a day-of coordinator?

A day-of coordinator arrives at the end. You've planned everything alone, had a few short calls, handed over a document, and hoped for the best. There's no relationship, very little context, and no support during the months when planning actually felt hard.

We're with you throughout. By the time your wedding day arrives, your professional attendant already knows your wedding inside and out — because they helped you build it.

How do we know if this approach is for us?

You want your wedding to feel intentional, personal, and well thought through.

But you don’t necessarily need - or want - a full-service planner.

You might be:

Planning your wedding yourselves, but realizing you’d feel better with guidance.
Feeling unsure about vendor decisions, timelines, or what comes next.
Wanting someone you trust to step in and support you on the day.
Looking for a calm, professional presence—not just a helpful friend.
Trying to stay organized, without letting planning take over your life.

You don’t need someone to take over.
You just need someone to step in at the right moments and stay with you through the ones that matter.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples reserve our calendar 9–12 months ahead, but we accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.

What is your payment process?

Following the signed agreement, we issue an invoice schedule typically split into two or three installments. Payments can be completed securely online or via bank transfer.

Have the right support, exactly when you need it.
